Frequently Asked Questions

1. Our all your products handmade? Yes our brand focuses exclusively on handmade products and accessories.

2. Where are your products made? This varies from product to product. They are handcrafted in Argentina, Canada, America, Korea, etc

3. Where are you based? We are based the Atlanta, GA. We do however serve clients in Nigeria, Ghana, England, Portugal, Argentina, France and Canada. We are open to working with clients, retail outlets and event planners all over the world.

4. How do I pay? We provide several methods of payment. You can pay via Paypal (most popular), Chase Quickpay and Wire Transfer. We are working diligently to get our products in retail outlets in Nigeria.

5. What are your methods of shipping? We ship using either UPS, DHL or Fed Ex. This usually take 3-5 business days. Another option we employ is American Air, Sea and Cargo. This is a cheaper method but takes 7-10 business days.

6. Are you looking for distributors? No we do not subscribe to a wholesale model. Our focus is on unique products for the individual that values quality. Our products are not mass produced, they are all handmade and we hope to capture this audience as customers. We do aspire to work with individual clients, wedding planners, event planners, corporate buyers, retail consultants, boutiques and department stores.

7. How did you come up with concept? The idea of Wooden Element was born from our curiosity and interest in artisan culture and heritage. As we traveled and found beautiful pieces of fashion art, we were inspired to share our experiences with others. We are simply re-interpreting classical and established looks with a modern spin.

8. How long does it take to make products? Its depends. It can range from 3 days to 6 weeks. Varies from product to product. Our smaller items are usually completed in days, while our larger items (especially those with great detail/custom orders) usually take weeks. Please click on the individual products on our home page to find out the exact production time for each individual item. We also hope to have items for sale in retail outlets in Nigeria as soon as possible.

9. Can I Customize my item? Absolutely!! Most of our products can be customized. We have worked with companies to provide corporate gifts, event planners, wedding planners, and individual brides/grooms. Please email info@woodenelement.org if you have questions.

10. Do you provide samples? No we do not. There are no minimum orders so if you are interested please order anything that captures your interest!
